ISA Transelca supports the Universidad del Norte scholarship program by providing full scholarships to 6 young students from municipalities in the northern zone of the country. At XM, our employees can finance the tuition and living expenses of low-income electrical engineering students of the Universidad Nacional.

Five (5) teachers from public educational institutions were awarded scholarships by ISA REP at the International Congress of Educators, hosted by the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas in 2019.

In 2019, ISA started works in three (3) educational institutions located in the districts of Marcona, Piura, and Chulucanas, benefiting 6,500 students.
