On October 10, 2024, ISA S.A. E.S.P. received Resolution No. 3031 from the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, which authorizes INTERCONEXIÓN ELÉCTRICA S.A. E.S.P. to enter into an internal public debt management operation with Banco Davivienda S.A. For more information, we attach a copy of the mentioned Resolution.
On October 4, 2024, ISA S.A. E.S.P. received Resolution No. 2980 from the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, which authorizes INTERCONEXIÓN ELÉCTRICA S.A.
