ISA reports that today it was notified of the admission of a writ of protection filed by four shareholders against the Superintendency of Companies and the company, invoking the rights to due process and access to information. The writ of protection was admitted by order of March 20, 2025, issued by the Civil Chamber of the aforementioned Superior Court of the Judicial District of Bogotá. ISA will file its intervention in the writ of protection within the time limit granted by the Superior Court of Bogotá.
