On April 5, 2023, Fitch Ratings affirmed the long and short-term ratings of Interconexión Eléctrica S.A. Internal Public Debt Securities Issuance and Placement Program. E.S.P. (ISA) for COP6.5 trillion in ‘AAA(col)’ and ‘F1+(col)’, respectively. Likewise, it assigned the long and short-term national ratings at ‘AAA(col)’ with a stable outlook and ‘F1+(col)’, respectively. On October 10, 2024, ISA S.A. E.S.P. received Resolution No. 3031 from the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, which authorizes INTERCONEXIÓN ELÉCTRICA S.A. E.S.P. to enter into an internal public debt management operation with Banco Davivienda S.A. For more information, we attach a copy of the mentioned Resolution.
