Notice of completion of the first phase of the regulation on the sales of shares that Empresas Públicas Medellín (“Epm”) owns in Interconexión Eléctrica S.A. E.S.P. – second phase
On October 10, 2024, ISA S.A. E.S.P. received Resolution No. 3031 from the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, which authorizes INTERCONEXIÓN ELÉCTRICA S.A. E.S.P. to enter into an internal public debt management operation with Banco Davivienda S.A. For more information, we attach a copy of the mentioned Resolution.
