On July 19, 2021, the risk rating agency Moody’s ratified the ISA Baa2 International Rating with a stable outlook.
On October 10, 2024, ISA S.A. E.S.P. received Resolution No. 3031 from the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, which authorizes INTERCONEXIÓN ELÉCTRICA S.A. E.S.P. to enter into an internal public debt management operation with Banco Davivienda S.A. For more information, we attach a copy of the mentioned Resolution.
