ISA won today the public bidding opened by the Mining and Energy Planning Unit -UPME, for its Spanish initials- to connect the Sogamoso hydroelectric power plant in Santander, Colombia, owned by ISAGEN, to the National Transmission System -STN-.
On October 10, 2024, ISA S.A. E.S.P. received Resolution No. 3031 from the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, which authorizes INTERCONEXIÓN ELÉCTRICA S.A. E.S.P. to enter into an internal public debt management operation with Banco Davivienda S.A. For more information, we attach a copy of the mentioned Resolution.
