By signing complementary agreements with the Ministry of Public Works (MOP), works that will increase the capacity, safety, and connectivity of one of the major routes in Chile will be executed.
On October 10, 2024, ISA S.A. E.S.P. received Resolution No. 3031 from the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, which authorizes INTERCONEXIÓN ELÉCTRICA S.A. E.S.P. to enter into an internal public debt management operation with Banco Davivienda S.A. For more information, we attach a copy of the mentioned Resolution.
