On November 09, 2018 the Engineer, Gabriel Jaime Melguizo Posada, was appointed as the new ISA – INTERCHILE’s CEO.
On October 10, 2024, ISA S.A. E.S.P. received Resolution No. 3031 from the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, which authorizes INTERCONEXIÓN ELÉCTRICA S.A. E.S.P. to enter into an internal public debt management operation with Banco Davivienda S.A. For more information, we attach a copy of the mentioned Resolution.
