On October 4, 2024, ISA S.A. E.S.P. received Resolution No. 2980 from the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, which authorizes INTERCONEXIÓN ELÉCTRICA S.A. E.S.P. to enter into an internal public debt management operation with TRANSELCA S.A. E.S.P. For more information, we attach a copy of the mentioned Resolution. See attachment.
