ISA* and its companies in Colombia have been recognized by the Great Place to Work Institute in the category “More than 1,500 employees,” ranking eighth in the 2025 Best Places to Work™ list.
This recognition is based on the opinions of nearly 2,500 employees, who evaluated their work experience considering trust in the organization and its leaders, the quality of relationships, workplace equity, well-being, development opportunities, and pride in belonging, among other factors. The distinction validates ISA’s commitment to putting people at the center of its strategy, strengthening organizational culture, and building stronger connections.
The implementation of the ISA2040 Strategy has enabled the evolution of the talent model and the consolidation of practices that create positive experiences for employees, driving results that benefit the business and the objectives established in the strategy. This achievement opens the door to attracting new talent eager to grow and contribute to a shared purpose.
“This recognition reflects the effort of every employee and our commitment to building a culture where well-being and professional development are priorities. At ISA, we believe that putting people at the center is key to achieving sustainable results and strengthening our reputation as an employer of excellence,” said Karen Medina, Vice President of Organizational Talent at ISA.
