Today, ISA placed bonds in the local market for COP 400 billion, corresponding to sub-series C8, C12 and C25 of the tenth tranche of ISA\u2019S Domestic Public Debt Securities Issue and Placement Program.
\nThe total amount demanded was COP 857.365 million, which was oversubscribed 2,9 times (calculated on the amount offered).
\nThe placement was made through the Colombian Stock Exchange (Bolsa de Valores de Colombia, BVC), under the Dutch auction mechanism. <\/p>\n
The acting underwriters were BTG Pactual S.A., Credicorp Capital Colombia S.A. and Valores Bancolombia S.A.<\/p>\n

The funds obtained under this placement process will be used to finance the company\u2019s cash flow and investments. <\/p>\n
The Program issues will be fully dematerialized, their custody and management will be in charge of Dep\u00f3sito Centralizado de Valores de Colombia -DECEVAL S.A.-, and Helm Fiduciaria S.A. will act as the holders\u2019 legal representative. <\/p>\n
ISA\u00b4s Domestic Public Debt Securities Issue and Placement Program holds \u201cAAA\u201d rating with outlook stable, granted by Fitch Ratings Colombia, which reflects the low business risk profile of the company, which is a characteristic of the power transmission business. The ratings also consider the geographic diversification of its source of revenues, its adequate financial profile characterized by predictable cash flows and robust liquidity levels. The ratings also incorporate the expectations that the company will be able to complete aggressive capital expenditures scheduled for the next three years and maintain credit metrics consistent with its rating category.<\/p>\n
