Between January and June, the company reported EBITDA of COP 4.9 trillion, representing a 20% increase compared to the same period of the previous year, while net income reached COP 1.3 trillion, growing 9%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The semester\u2019s performance was mainly driven by the commissioning of new transmission projects, the financial performance of energy and road concessions, and the update of contract remuneration to recognize the impact of inflation, among other factors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ISA continued executing an investment agenda aimed at strengthening its operations and expanding its future growth capacity. During the semester, the company allocated COP 3.1 trillion to the development of its businesses, 16% more than in the first half of 2025. This pace accelerated during the second quarter, when investments reached COP 1.7 trillion, exceeding the same period of the previous year by 23%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From an operational standpoint, the company advanced the execution of 32 energy transmission projects and three road concessions across the region. During the semester, two infrastructure renewal projects entered service in Colombia, and the <a href=\"https:\/\/isa.co\/en\/press\/piraque-project-brazil-renewable-energy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Piraqu\u00ea project in Brazil<\/a> was fully completed, being delivered 16 months ahead of the deadline established by the regulator. The project included the construction of eight substations and more than 1,000 kilometers of transmission lines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To support its growth trajectory, ISA was awarded projects worth approximately USD 2.5 billion during the semester. Among the most significant milestones of the period, ISA Energia Brasil obtained regulatory approvals to consolidate 100% ownership of <a href=\"https:\/\/isa.co\/en\/press\/isa-acquires-full-ownership-ie-madeira\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">IE Madeira<\/a>, one of the most important high-voltage direct current transmission systems in Latin America. Additionally, the company secured the R\u00edo Bueno\u2013Puerto Montt road concession in Chile, with a reference investment of USD 821 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of its commitment to creating value for shareholders, ISA made its first dividend payment of the year on May 27, 2026, totaling COP 241 billion.
