This commitment reaffirms ISA\u2019s leadership in Latin America\u2019s energy transition, demonstrating that sustainability and profitability can advance together.<\/p>\n<p>Since 2021, twelve ISA companies in Colombia, Brazil, Peru, Chile, and Bolivia have achieved carbon neutrality certification, consolidating their commitment to meeting climate goals.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #003087;\">Energy Transmission: Eco-Design and Clean Technologies <\/p>\n<style>\na {<br \/>    text-decoration: none;<br \/>    color: #464feb;<br \/>}<br \/>tr th, tr td {<br \/>    border: 1px solid #e6e6e6;<br \/>}<br \/>tr th {<br \/>    background-color: #f5f5f5;<br \/>}<br \/><\/style>\n<p><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>\n<div>ISA develops eco-designs in the engineering of its transmission lines, optimizing the use of materials and water, and preventing emissions from the creation of assets. The company reuses SF6* in equipment and advances research on substitutes, while remanufacturing equipment and reusing materials to avoid final disposal.<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #003087;\"><strong>Road Infrastructure: Sustainable Corridors and Energy Efficiency<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>ISA V\u00cdAS promotes sustainable practices in Chile and Colombia through the use of asphalt mixtures with recycled materials such as plastic and scrap tires. In Colombia, the recycling of 11 million plastic bags is projected\u2014equivalent to 40 km of asphalt\u2014while in Chile, mixtures with recycled rubber have been incorporated to extend concession lifecycles and reduce the carbon footprint. Additionally, 100% of routes feature LED lighting, and more than 2,500 solar luminaires illuminate strategic sections of the <span style=\"color: #0099ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0099ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rutaloa.cl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ruta del Loa<\/a><\/span> (Chile) and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rutacostera.co\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #0099ff;\">Ruta Costera<\/span><\/a> (Colombia), strengthening energy efficiency.<\/p>\n<p>On the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rutamaipo.cl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #0099ff;\"> Ruta del Maipo<\/span><\/a> (Chile), ISA V\u00cdAS implemented the Free Flow electronic toll system, eliminating vehicle stops and potentially reducing more than 18,000 tons of CO\u2082 annually. The company also operates 14 electric charging stations, promoting clean mobility and enhancing user experience.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #003087;\"><strong>Offsetting and Biodiversity: Jaguar Connection and Ecosystem Restoration<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>ISA offsets its residual emissions and contributes to climate change mitigation beyond its value chain by restoring ecosystems through the Jaguar Connection program. This initiative protects jaguar and puma habitats in Latin America, generates benefits for local communities, and promotes projects that issue carbon credits certified under the highest international standards. Additionally, in partnership with the NGO <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cumbresblancas.co\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #0099ff;\">Cumbres Blancas<\/span><\/a>, ISA inaugurated two frailej\u00f3n nurseries in the Chingaza p\u00e1ramo (Cundinamarca) and another in Belmira (Antioquia), producing 9,000 frailej\u00f3n plants and native species to strengthen the protection of high-mountain ecosystems.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>\u201cISA is proving that sustainability is not an expense, but a driver of growth and trust.
